Evidence Eliminator software is our top recommended computer privacy software. Unlike some of the other software that we have reviewed, this is one of the few privacy software that has been updated frequently by its creator.  Now into the 6th major released, version 6.01 (at this point of writing), the purchase comes with free lifetime technical support and free extremely valuable lifetime upgrades. 

In our opinion, Evidence Eliminator from Robin Hood Software is the most complete privacy protection software in the marketplace.  It has a huge functionality list and supports external plugins which allows you to extend the features of the software.  If you are advanced users, you can even make your own plug-ins by downloading the Plug-In Creation Kit from their website.

Evidence Eliminator is a Windows program that eliminates hidden evidence from your PC in one mouse click, including secret hidden records of your Internet surfing which can remain for years and be recovered by investigators. 

This program is fully customizable and uses easy one click operation.  We found that Evidence Eliminator is simple to download, install and use. It will take the average person 15 -20 minutes to download, set up, and complete a "quick clean".  The software itself takes about 10mb of space when you install it.

Evidence Eliminator is the only software we know that has been tested and defeats all known Forensic Analysis software programs including Encase (a standard American police tool).
